Below is what i just sent out to my team, and i'm too lazy to type out some convictions.

Hello my beloved team,

Once again, it's another meaningful mail from me. :) If you haven't caught my blog recently, i share mentioned it again before i continue. I seek all of your pardon towards me when at times, i am quite hasty, or not patient. This is an area that i seek to grow in my character in christ! :) So pardon me, when i do get hasty at times, but remind me. :)

I just want to take some time to remind you guys of certain things:
Firstly, i said this many times, and i will say it again!
I do not care if you are a CL, UL, SDL or whatever L, all i am concern about all of you is your walk with God. If our walk with God is not right, forget about growing the group and all. Today, as i was meeting one of my sheep for shpding, something struck me, if my walk with God is not right, why bother about coming to service and care group for the fundamental has been forgotten? God reminded me that, whatever we are doing today and in the long haul, it's FRISTLY ABOUT A RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM. :)

May i also remind you that this relationship requires OBEDIENCE. I think you guys heard this from me for a very long time, but i am going to say it again. If our group is not growing, let's check on the quality of our people. Relationship with God, which also breeds to obedience. :) If there is something wrong in our group, it's timely that we should talk to them indivudually that we want to be obedient to God. You see, along my ministry years, i have come to reconcile this truth even deeper today, the group which i led that grows the faster is because they leader choose to walk right with God, and leads his people this way. Therefore, these are few people that i thought about today, whose group grew quickly and with quality though they might not have many skills.
Sherman, Xue Yong, Zheng Kai, Sathya, Joyce, Alexis and Ting Ting. And more.

If you were to ask them, are there any tough people who do not want to respond to serve God, surely there are. But God gave them the people who want too. By any means, i seriously think that no one will remain in hope if they do not want to serve God. I believed that our people want to serve God, but as shepherds we have to guide and lead them. You see, they are not yet fully grown up in God, so we cannot exactly expect them to overcome every area for now. So as shepherds, we have to slowly see them through. It's just like how God will bring us up. Through encouragements, corrections, guiding and all. So if your group is not growing as it should, i urge you that it's time to look into your people walk with God. :)

Btw. just a short update for you guys. I met XY today, and he told me that his confirmation is around 20 for this week service so far. :) Key to their group growth: Leader seeks to grow, and helps his people to grow. He took the initiative to plan and show me. :) Good job, xy! Thanks for being an example to many of us!

Jh, good job for the verses thing! Let's encourage our people to memorize! Alright, some of our group need some shaping up, while others tap on growth. By faith, we want to see 50 people for the ESS. I don't know how, but i know that God will work through all of us! He is our banner! :)

oh yeah, i just got back my horrendous results.
I was extremely _______ by my chem results, esp when i thought i knew how to do the paper. My section C pulled me down ultra badly. I got 8/40 for that mere section, while i got over all 19/30 for each section in A and B. :/ well, i knew that i have done my best with the amount of time i hadm, but i was just puzzled. From a B to an E. Though, it is still a pass, but oh well. The highest in the level was 60 till date. About 3/4 of each class got U's and 1/4 got away with S and above. Well, guess it's time to study but i am not motivated. I mean, my motivation is not because i did badly, rather i just want to do well for God. :)
The rest of my results are bad as well from my POV.

Chemistry-E
Economics-D
Physics- A
If i get a C for GP, then i will have a straight rows of A-E. Nice formation. Afterall, God thank you for seeing me through all these papers. I know you have the best plans, i shall just kick my butt out! :)
